Sales / Business Development Executive

Tampines North

930am - 630pm (Monday to Friday)

Basic up to $5000 + Commission

Job Responsibilities

Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective B2B customers.

Understand customers' business needs and recommend suitable fragrance solutions.

Identify new business opportunities and support sales growth.

Manage customer accounts and coordinate projects from enquiry to commercialization.

Liaise with internal teams to deliver solutions that meet customer requirements.

Prepare quotations, follow up on enquiries, and negotiate commercial terms.

Monitor market trends and customer needs to identify business opportunities.

Provide timely customer support and ensure excellent service throughout the project lifecycle.

Achieve individual sales and business development targets.

Perform other ad hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements

Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

At least 3 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, or Account Management within a B2B non-perishable FMCG environment.

Experience in the fragrance, flavours, ingredients, chemicals, or manufacturing industry is an advantage.

Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship management skills.

Customer-oriented with good commercial awareness.

Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently.

Able to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.

Willing to travel for customer visits when required.

Possess with Class 3 Driving License
