Media Producer

Key Responsibilities

Plan and manage end-to-end media production, including pre-production, production, and post-production.

Develop production schedules, budgets, and project timelines.

Liaise with clients and stakeholders to understand project objectives and creative requirements.

Oversee filming, photography, livestreams, and other media production activities.

Review and approve scripts, storyboards, shot lists, and final edits to ensure quality and brand consistency.

Manage production logistics, including locations, permits, equipment rentals, and talent coordination.

Monitor project budgets and ensure cost-effective resource allocation.

Ensure projects are delivered on schedule while maintaining high production standards.

Stay up to date with industry trends, production technologies, and creative best practices.

Requirements

Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Media Production, Film, Communications, Marketing, or a related field.

3–5 years of experience in media production, video production, or a similar role.

Strong project management and organizational skills.

Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.

Experience coordinating multiple projects simultaneously.

Ability to work under tight deadlines and adapt to changing priorities.

A creative mindset with strong attention to detail.
