Key Responsibilities

Lead the solution architecture design for SAP IS-Retail and SAP S/4HANA Retail transformation programs.

Define target-state retail business processes and solution roadmaps aligned with client business objectives.

Conduct business and functional workshops with senior stakeholders to understand retail operations and transformation requirements.

Translate business requirements into scalable SAP Retail solution architectures.

Design future-state architectures leveraging SAP S/4HANA Retail, SAP CAR, SAP Fiori, SAP BTP, and SAP Analytics solutions.

Define integration strategies between SAP Retail and external platforms such as POS, WMS, eCommerce, CRM, and Supply Chain systems.

The Pre-Requisites

10+ years of SAP consulting experience with at least 5 years focused on SAP IS-Retail / SAP S/4HANA Retail.

Deep experience implementing SAP Retail solutions across multiple full project lifecycles.

Demonstrated experience leading architecture workstreams within large-scale SAP transformation programs.

Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

Ability to engage effectively with business executives, IT leadership, and project teams.
