Student Care Teacher

We are looking for a responsible, caring, and committed Student Care Teacher to join our team. If you enjoy working with primary school children and creating a positive and nurturing environment for them to learn and grow, we would love to hear from you!

Job Responsibilities

Oversee the daily operations and planning of the student care centre

Handle administrative matters involving students and parents, including addressing behavioural concerns

Plan, organise, and supervise student activities such as field trips, group activities, and daily programmes

Guide and support students with homework, spelling, revision, and other schoolwork

Teach Primary 1 to Primary 5 academic subjects when required

Maintain a safe, positive, and nurturing environment for students

Work closely and communicate effectively with parents, students, and colleagues

Demonstrate strong attendance, punctuality, responsibility, and reliability in daily duties

Requirements

Minimum GCE O-Level qualification

Relevant certification or diploma in Education, Student Care, Childcare, or a child-related field is an advantage

Experience in student care, childcare, education, or a related field is preferred

Familiar with the Singapore primary school syllabus

Patient, responsible, caring, and comfortable working with children

Strong communication, organisational, and problem-solving skills

Able to work independently and as part of a team

Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and take initiative

Proficient in Microsoft Office and general PC applications
