Assistant Marine Superintendent / Marine Superintendent

Ship Management and marine logistic company is looking for a committed person to join the team:

Job responsibilities:

Ensure safe operations of vessels

Conduct regular ship inspections to ensure compliance to the local/international statutory requirements, safety procedures and environmental protection requirements.

Monitor, coordinate and attend to vessels for oil major/class inspections related matters

Incident / Accident Investigation and Reporting

Able to carry out Superintendent Inspection and Audit on board vessel.

Conduct crew training/familiarization

Any other tasks assigned by the Company from time to time.

Requirements

Sailing experience as Master or Chief Officer on Oil Tankers is required

Between Class 3 to Class 5 COC

Familiar with ISM codes, ISPS, MARPOL and other maritime regulations

Familiar with Sire Inspection

Good Communication, Analytical and Team Player
