Assistant Architectural Manager

Our esteemed client in the Construction industry is seeking an Assistant Architectural Manager to join their dynamic team:

Location: Islandwide

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, Office Hours

Salary Package: Basic + Bonus

Job Responsibilities:

Lead and guide a team of design coordinators and architects in managing architectural aspects of projects, ensuring adherence to specifications, timelines, and quality standards.

Oversee the planning, organization, and supervision of construction drawing production, including shop drawing submissions for approval.

Act as the primary architectural liaison between consultants, clients, and subcontractors to ensure accurate interpretation and implementation of design drawings and details.

Ensure full compliance with all regulatory standards, codes of practice, and company protocols.

Provide technical support to the site team, resolving design discrepancies and coordination issues with structural, M&E, and interior works.

Conduct regular site inspections to verify workmanship and materials meet design requirements.

Assist senior management in preparing reports, managing documentation, and representing the team in coordination meetings.

Job Requirements:

Minimum 8 years of relevant experience with a main contractor firm.

At least Degree in Architecture.

Familiar with local submission and authority processes.
