Job Description

Closio Catalyst is hiring a Marketing & Customer Engagement Trainee to support customer engagement, marketing campaigns, events, and sales activities. The role provides practical training in customer communication, campaign execution, and marketing operations.

Duties and Responsibilities

Engage with customers and understand their needs.

Provide customers with accurate information about products and services.

Support marketing campaigns, events, and roadshows.

Assist with customer acquisition and sales activities.

Collect customer feedback and share relevant market insights with the team.

Work with team members to meet campaign objectives.

Represent client brands professionally when engaging with customers.

Attend company training and coaching sessions.

Requirements
