(UP $4K) Senior Finance (Operations and Reporting) | Changi Airport

Job Details:

Contract: 6 months (Maternity Cover)

Working Hours: Mon-Thurs - 8am to 5.30pm / 8.30am to 6pm / 9am to 6.30pm,  (Friday) 30 mins less than other working days

Work From Home: Monday / Tuesday

Location: Changi Airport

Salary Range: UP to $4K

Job Scope:

Prepare and maintain recurring financial and operational tracking reports, including cash flow and budget monitoring schedules.

Optimise existing Excel reports to run faster and more efficiently — reducing manual steps, improving formulas, and restructuring data models where needed.

Build new automated reporting functions and templates to support finance and business reporting needs.

Document report logic and refresh procedures so that processes are repeatable and can be cleanly handed over at the end of the contract.

Investigate and resolve data discrepancies, ensuring reports are accurate and reconciled to source systems.

Provide ad hoc data analysis and support as required.

Requirement

Diploma in finance, accounting, business, data, or related field.

Advanced Excel skills, including complex formulas, pivot tables, and data modelling.

Hands-on experience with Power Query — building, maintaining, and troubleshooting queries and data transformations.

Working knowledge of SAP.

Strong attention to detail and a structured, methodical approach to data and testing.

Ability to work independently, pick up existing processes quickly, and deliver within a fixed timeframe.

Clear communication skills for working across finance and IT stakeholders.
