Radiographer (Office hours) #HJO

Job Responsibilities

Perform diagnostic imaging examinations in accordance with established clinical protocols and procedures.

Operate radiographic and imaging equipment safely and effectively to produce high-quality diagnostic images.

Position patients appropriately and select suitable imaging techniques based on examination requirements.

Ensure radiation safety and protection measures are observed for patients, staff and members of the public.

Assess image quality and ensure images are suitable for diagnostic interpretation.

Assist doctors and other healthcare professionals during imaging procedures where required.

Maintain proper infection control, workplace safety and cleanliness within the imaging department.

Participate in quality assurance activities and ensure compliance with relevant regulatory and departmental requirements.

Work closely with radiologists, nurses and other healthcare professionals to support timely patient care.

Perform other radiography-related duties as assigned.

Requirements

Degree in Diagnostic Radiography / Radiography or equivalent recognised qualification.

Valid registration with the Allied Health Professions Council (AHPC) in Singapore.

Good knowledge of radiation safety and imaging procedures.

Able to operate radiographic equipment safely and confidently.

Good patient care, communication and interpersonal skills.

Meticulous with strong attention to patient identification, safety and image quality.
