Warehouse Operations Executive (Coldroom)

Job Summary

You will manage inventory and warehouse operations, ensuring accurate stock control, timely dispatch and receipt of goods, and maintaining storage facilities while adhering to safety protocols.

Responsibilities

Update inventory lists to maintain accurate stock records and support efficient warehouse operations

Receive and dispatch goods while verifying stock movements to ensure inventory accuracy

Check purchase orders against stock levels to confirm order fulfillment and prevent shortages

Prepare delivery schedules to coordinate the timely distribution of goods

Coordinate maintenance and repairs of the storage facility to ensure operational readiness

Enter data into a database to maintain up-to-date inventory and transaction records

Maintain optimal stock levels at minimum cost to support business needs and reduce expenses

Ensure compliance with Occupational Health & Safety (OH&S) protocols within the storage facility to promote a safe working environment

Calculate storage and clearance costs to manage warehouse expenses effectively

Manage incoming and outgoing invoices to support accurate financial record-keeping

Preferred competencies and qualifications

Prior experience working in a cold room environment to handle temperature-sensitive inventory

Minimum 2 years of inventory or warehouse experience to perform core warehouse functions effectively

Willingness to perform shift work to support warehouse operational hours

Physical fitness to handle up to 20kg loads safely

Ability to read and write in English for accurate communication and documentation

Understand & speak simple Mandarin.
