Clinic Assistant (Chiropractic Clinic) - FULL TRAINING PROVIDED!

Our esteemed client in the Healthcare/ Wellness industry is seeking a Clinic Assistant (Chiropractic Clinic) to join their dynamic team:

Employment Type: Permanent

Position: Clinic Assistant / Rehabilitation Associate (Chiropractic)

Location: Central

Working Hours: 5-day workweek (Rotational roster including weekend shifts)

Salary Package: Up to $3,500+ Incentives + Bonus + Career Progression Opportunities!

Job Responsibilities:

Assist clinicians with patient care and basic rehabilitation activities under supervision.

Support daily clinic operations and patient service.

Handle patient communications, enquiries and follow-ups.

Support sales and membership-related activities.

Learn and perform basic treatment and rehabilitation procedures with training provided.

Maintain accurate records and ensure a smooth patient experience.

Job Requirements:

Experience in a healthcare, rehabilitation, wellness or aesthetics clinic is an advantage. Training will be provided for candidates without prior experience who are keen to build a career in the industry.

Comfortable working in a hands-on, patient-facing environment.

Willing to commit to shift rotations, including working on weekends. (Off-in-lieu on weekdays)
