💰Salary: $2,300 – $2,600 per month

Key Responsibilities

Deliver a welcoming and positive shopping experience for customers.

Assist customers professionally and recommend suitable products and services based on their needs.

Explain product features, benefits, and ongoing promotions accurately.

Process sales transactions and handle payments efficiently.

Maintain excellent store presentation, cleanliness, and visual merchandising standards.

Replenish stock and support inventory management activities.

Contribute towards achieving store sales and customer service objectives.

Handle customer enquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally.

Requirements

Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Customer service-oriented with a positive and enthusiastic attitude.

Able to work independently and collaboratively within a team.

Comfortable working retail shifts, including weekends and public holidays.

Prior retail or customer service experience is advantageous but not required, as training will be provided.

⏰44 Hours Per Week

🔄Rotating Shift Schedule

Full Shift: 11:00 AM – 10:00 PM (2-hour break)

Opening Shift: 10:45 AM – 8:45 PM

Closing Shift: 12:00 PM – 11:00 PM
