📍 Location: Raffles City Shopping Centre

💰 Salary: $12/hour

🕐 Part-Time: Minimum 3-4 days/week

We’re looking for a friendly and customer-focused Part-Time Retail Sales Associate to join our store team at Raffles City!

If you enjoy fashion, love interacting with customers and have a warm, welcoming personality, we’d love to hear from you.

Your Role

Assist customers with outfit selection and provide warm, friendly and attentive service.

Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products to drive sales.

Share product knowledge and create a positive in-store shopping experience.

Handle daily retail operations including cashiering and fitting room service.

Maintain store presentation and visual merchandising standards.

Support stock replenishment, inventory checks and storeroom management.

Assist with general retail duties to ensure smooth store operations.

Requirements

Fluent in English with good communication skills.

Friendly, confident and comfortable interacting with customers.

Customer-oriented with a positive and approachable personality.

A good team player who is willing to learn.

Retail or customer service experience is an advantage, but not required.

Candidates with strong customer service experience and great customer energy are welcome!

Commitment & Working Hours

Able to commit at least 3-4 days per week, including at least 1 weekend day.

Shift timings: 10.00am–6.00pm / 2.00pm–10.00pm.

Comfortable working weekends and public holidays.

Able to start soon is preferred.
