6 Months Finance Operations Analyst (Accounting) | Central | Up to $4200 #NKA

Location: Marina One

Duration: 6 months contract

Salary: Up to $4200 + 0.5 month completion bonus

Job Responsibilities:

Process third-party payments accurately and ensure timely accounting of transactions.

Prepare monthly audit schedules and journal entries for month-end closing.

Manage monthly staff claims processing.

Ensure financial transactions are properly accounted for and comply with internal controls and accounting standards.

Liaise with internal and external stakeholders on accounting, payment and audit matters.

Support finance process improvements, system enhancements and other projects.

Maintain accurate process documentation and ensure timely resolution of finance-related issues.

Job Requirements:

Minimum Diploma in Accounting or equivalent.

1–3 years of finance operations/accounting experience, preferably within a financial institution or MNC.

Good knowledge of accounting processes and internal controls.

Strong analytical, problem-solving and communication skills.

Able to work independently and liaise with various stakeholders.

Knowledge of insurance products, fund accounting and Oracle would be advantageous.
