Key Responsibilities

Take off quantities from M&E drawings for Plumbing & Sanitary (P&S), irrigation, and Rainwater Harvesting (RWH) works.

Prepare and submit monthly progress claims and monitor claimed versus certified amounts.

Issue RFQs, evaluate and compare quotations, and negotiate commercial terms with suppliers and subcontractors.

Prepare, evaluate, and substantiate Variation Orders (VOs).

Maintain project cost trackers, material reconciliation, and cost records.

Support subcontractor award, back-charges, and final account settlement.

Liaise with the Accounts team to verify DOs against invoices and support payment certification.
