💼 Responsibilities

• Provide administrative and coordination support for clinical and healthcare operations
• Coordinate clinical trial / healthcare logistics, including shipments, scheduling and tracking
• Prepare and maintain operational documentation and records
• Liaise with internal teams, healthcare professionals, vendors and other stakeholders
• Track requests and follow up on outstanding matters
• Support reporting, billing, invoicing and data entry
• Maintain databases and ensure information is accurate and updated
• Ensure processes and documentation comply with SOPs and quality requirements

📝 Requirements

• Minimum Diploma
• Good Microsoft Excel skills preferred
• Detail-oriented and organised
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Comfortable handling administrative and data-related duties
• Interest in healthcare / clinical operations advantageous
