Location: Suntec

Duration: 1 year contract (from 1 Dec 2026)

Working Hours: Mon - Fri, 9 - 6

Salary: Up to $7000

Job Responsibilities:

Handle AP accounting entries, vendor invoices, expense transactions and payments for APCJ countries.

Prepare and post vendor and expense accrual journals.

Perform AP and expense system reconciliations and support month-end activities.

Manage employee expense claims, corporate card programme and T&E processes.

Handle cash flow projections, fund transfers and related banking matters.

Ensure compliance with local/US GAAP and applicable GST/VAT and withholding tax requirements.

Liaise with auditors, banks, vendors and internal stakeholders on accounting matters.

Support reporting, process improvements, automation initiatives and finance projects.

Oversee outsourced accounting vendors/contractors where required.

Job Requirements:

Minimum Degree or professional qualification in Accounting or Finance

At least 6 years of relevant accounting experience especially in Accounts Payable & Expense Claims processing

Good technical knowledge in tax and accounting, including but not limited to APCJ statutory tax requirements such as GST and Withholding tax

Prefer to have operational knowledge in robotics / automation technology, including exploration and implementation experience

Computer proficient – Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint), especially strong Excel skills; and systems skills e.g. Oracle, SAP, Concur, Coupa

Duties may require being on call periodically and working outside normal working hours (early mornings, evenings and weekends).
