Warehouse Assistant

Job Summary

We are seeking energetic and reliable Warehouse Associates to join our growing team in Singapore. You will play a key role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our warehouse, contributing to the timely fulfilment of customer orders.

Responsibilities

Unload incoming shipments, verify quantities and condition of goods, and store items accurately in designated warehouse locations

Pick and pack customer orders precisely according to order specifications, ensuring correct quantities and items

Maintain accurate inventory records, assist in cycle counting, and identify and resolve inventory discrepancies

Keep the warehouse clean and organized while following safety regulations and procedures

Load and unload trucks safely and efficiently, handling goods with care

Operate warehouse equipment, including forklifts, safely and efficiently (training provided if needed)

Collaborate with warehouse associates and other departments to support smooth warehouse operations

Follow all relevant safety regulations and company policies consistently

Required competencies and certifications

Physically fit to lift up to 25kg safely

Minimum 1 year of warehouse experience

Preferred competencies and qualifications

Basic computer skills and familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS)

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Strong work ethic and commitment to meeting deadlines

Excellent attention to detail and accuracy

Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment

Punctuality in reporting for work
