Singapore Resident Nominee Director

Location: Singapore

Job Responsibilities

1. Serve as the local resident director of the Singapore registered company, fulfilling the statutory requirement of at least one ordinarily resident director under the Singapore Companies Act.

2. Sign statutory documents in the capacity of a director, and assist the company in completing ACRA annual filing and compliance registration procedures.

3. Ensure the company’s daily operations comply with the Singapore Companies Act 1967 and fulfill statutory director obligations.

4. Provide professional compliance suggestions on major corporate decisions and participate in board resolution procedures when necessary.

Job Requirements

1. Eligibility: Must be a Singapore Citizen or Singapore Permanent Resident (PR).

2. Aged above 18 years old with full capacity for civil conduct.

3. No bankruptcy record and not disqualified from acting as a company director.

4. No criminal records related to fraud, dishonesty or corporate governance.

5. No court or official prohibition from holding a director position.
