PERFORMING ARTISTE MANAGER

Negotiate contracts with local and foreign performing artistes.

Plan and schedule performance schedules and sets for performing artistes.

Plan and coordinate monthly events based on different themes.

Source suitable stage costumes and outfits for performing artistes.

Motivate performing artistes and monitor their performance standards.

Conduct orientation and training for new performing artistes.

Source suitable performing artistes on a quarterly basis, including potential overseas travel when required.

Ensure performing artistes consistently maintain a high standard of performance.

Job Requirements

Possess strong communication, interpersonal and organisational skills.

Relevant experience in artiste management or experience as a performing artiste is preferred.

Able to work additional hours beyond normal working hours.

Able to work late-night shifts from 9:00 PM to 5:00 AM daily.

Willing to work on public holidays and attend rehearsals regularly outside normal working hours.
