Manager/Assistant Manager, Strategic Partnerships (Public Healthcare)

We are looking for a proactive and collaborative professional with strong stakeholder engagement, partnership development and project management skills to drive initiatives that strengthen community care and social-health integration.

What to expect:

Develop and implement community care initiatives that support social-health integration and address emerging health and social care needs.

Build and manage strategic partnerships with internal stakeholders, government agencies, community organisations and other external partners.

Facilitate stakeholder engagements to understand needs, align priorities and bring multiple parties together towards shared outcomes.

Manage projects and pilot programmes from planning through implementation, tracking progress, risks and key deliverables.

Evaluate initiatives and identify improvements, including opportunities to enhance or scale successful programmes.

Support strategy and management reporting through research, workplans, presentations, briefing papers and reports.

What we are looking for:

Bachelor's Degree in any discipline.

At least 3 years of relevant experience in stakeholder engagement, partnerships, project/programme management, community engagement, business development, strategy or related areas.

Strong track record of working across multiple organisations, departments or agencies.

Excellent interpersonal, communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence without direct authority.

Strong organisational, analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple workstreams.

Resourceful, self-motivated and comfortable working independently in a dynamic environment, while collaborating effectively with others.
