Program Engineer (Cybersecurity)

 Tertiary education qualifications - Relevant diploma or bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, Cybersecurity or related fields.

 At least 2 years of experience in IT Operations or Cybersecurity Operations with exposure to end-to-end software development lifecycles.

 Experience in IT service delivery management and maintaining SLA/OLAs.

o DevOps/DevSecOps

o Virtualisation and/or Cloud Computing (such as AWS, Azure)

o Database and Storage

o Middleware and Services

o Cybersecurity (such as best practices, system hardening, threat and vulnerability management)

o Windows/Linux server administration

o Hardware, Infrastructure and Network

o Software/Systems integration across one or more software/hardware components

o Service delivery and management

o Artificial Intelligence (AI)

 Familiarity with project management methodology and lifecycle would be an advantage.

 Good analytical skills in diagnosing technical issues and ability to offer advisories and support.

 Good administrative and communication skills and positive working attitude.

 Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with users and stakeholders at all levels.

 Relevant certifications (e.g. ITIL, CISSP) are highly desirable.
