Infant / Early Years Educator

About the Role

Our client, an established preschool operator, is seeking an Infant / Early Years Educator to join its centre in Jurong West.

The role is suitable for an educator who enjoys working closely with young children and creating a safe, nurturing and engaging learning environment.

Key Responsibilities

Plan and carry out age-appropriate learning activities in line with the centre’s curriculum.

Support children’s learning, development, wellbeing and daily routines.

Create a safe, caring and engaging classroom environment.

Observe and document children’s development and learning progress.

Build positive relationships with parents and provide appropriate updates on their child’s progress.

Work closely with fellow educators and centre leadership.

Prepare classroom resources and learning materials.

Support centre activities, events and parent engagement initiatives.

Maintain required classroom records and documentation.

Requirements

Relevant Early Childhood qualification with EY2 certification.

Able to teach and communicate confidently in English.

Patient, nurturing and passionate about working with young children.

Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Able to work well within a team.
