Chef de Partie (Western Cuisine)

Salary: $2800 - $3000

Working days: 5-6-5-6 days, 44 hours per week with overtime

Working Location: MBS / Boat Quay

Job Responsibilities:

Preparation concerning ingredients, cooking techniques and presentation.

Ensure smooth operation.

Ensures quality and freshness of all food preparation.

Make sure the station runs efficiently.

Make sure all items and products needed are within sufficient quantity.
