Job Description

Conduct market research and identify potential customers across industries such as Retail, E-commerce, Healthcare, FMCG, Automotive, and Wine & Spirits.

Support lead generation through initial outreach, appointment setting, customer follow-ups, and maintaining a pipeline of prospective customers.

Conduct market and competitor research, track industry trends, and assist in preparing customer meeting materials and presentations.

Coordinate customer meetings, maintain customer records and databases, and prepare sales reports and pipeline updates.

Job Requirements

Diploma or equivalent qualification in Business, Marketing, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related discipline.

Good communication and interpersonal skills, proficient in Microsoft Office, with strong organisational skills and a proactive attitude; prior sales support or customer service experience is an advantage.
