3 Months Temp Contact Centre Assistant - HSN

We are hiring under Recruit Express headcount and you will be deployed to:

Location: Novena

Duration: 3 months, renewable

Salary: $12/hour

Working Hours: Office Hours, 5.25 days per week

Job Responsibilities:

Attend to patients' and visitors' enquiries via phone and in person.

Handle incoming calls and provide accurate information on hospital services, appointments and general enquiries.

Assist patients with appointment-related enquiries and direct them to the relevant departments.

Record and follow up on enquiries where necessary.

Provide courteous and efficient customer service to patients and visitors.

Perform basic administrative and data-entry duties.

Assist with other ad-hoc duties assigned by the supervisor.

Requirements

Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Comfortable handling patients and members of the public.

Able to work in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
