Job Summary
You will manage customer invoicing and payments by following up on overdue invoices, resolving discrepancies, and supporting the Finance team to reduce outstanding receivables.
About the Job
Assist with accounts payable/receivable, invoice processing, reconciliations, and general finance administrative duties.
Liaise with customers regarding payment status, payment arrangements, and invoice-related enquiries.
Support the Finance team in monitoring and reducing outstanding receivables.
Requirements
Diploma/Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business related discipline.
Prior AR, credit control debt collection experience preferred
Proficient in Microsoft Excel (e.g. Vlookup, PivotTables, basic formulas)
