Research Assistant/Associate (6 Months convertible to Permanent, Kent Ridge, Up to $5000) #HJY

Location: Kent Ridge

Duration: 6 Months (Convertible to permanent)

Salary: $4000 - $5000

Working days and hours:

• 5 Days, Office Hours

Job Description:

• Operate DEXA equipment for body composition and bone density assessments in a research setting
• Conduct and support a broaresearc of clinical assessments including body composition (InBody), researcal performance (grip strength, gait speed), cardiovascular measures (blood pressure, arterial stiffness), skin assessments, and cognitive testing
• Assist with blood, urine and saliva sample collection and processing
• Ensure accurate data entry, compliance checks and documentation across multiple concurrent clinical trials
• Support participant visits from reception through to assessment completion
• Contribute to SOP development, ethics submission support and data quality monitoring
• Participate in afternoon research tasks including data cleaning, literature reviews and manuscript preparation

Job Requirements:

• Valid certification to operate DEXA equipment
• Experience in a clinical or research environment is an advantage
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to protocol integrity
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, multidisciplinary team environment
