Fullstack Engineer

Job Responsibilities

Design, develop and maintain secure, scalable and high-performance web applications.

Take ownership of end-to-end development across frontend, backend and cloud environments.

Develop responsive and user-friendly web applications using modern frontend technologies.

Build reliable backend services and APIs.

Work closely with QA and DevOps teams to ensure software quality and smooth releases.

Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines and support cloud deployments.

Monitor application performance and troubleshoot technical issues.

Implement application and API security best practices, including authentication and access control.

Write automated tests and maintain good software quality and coding standards.

Evaluate and adopt new technologies to improve application performance and development efficiency.

Work in an Agile and DevOps environment.

Requirements

Diploma or Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology or a related discipline.

Strong experience in both frontend and backend development.

Proficiency in JavaScript and/or TypeScript.

Experience with modern frontend frameworks such as React, Next.js, Vue.js or Angular.

Experience with backend development using Node.js, Java, Python, Go, Ruby or similar technologies.

Good understanding of RESTful APIs and service integration.

Experience with Git and modern software development practices.

Experience with automated testing and debugging.

Understanding of application security and secure development practices.

Experience with CI/CD, cloud platforms and container technologies such as Docker or Kubernetes.

Good problem-solving and communication skills.

Able to work independently as well as with cross-functional teams.

Preferred / Added Advantage

Experience with AWS, Azure, Google Cloud or similar cloud platforms.

Experience with Infrastructure as Code tools such as Terraform.

Experience with monitoring and observability tools such as Datadog, New Relic, Prometheus or OpenTelemetry.

Experience with mobile application development using Swift, Kotlin or React Native.

Experience with low-code platforms such as OutSystems or Mendix.

Knowledge of microservices, micro-frontends or edge computing.
