About the role

We are seeking an enthusiastic and results-driven  Field Sales Executive  to join our dynamic sales team. This is a  full-time position  basedin the  Penjuru Crescent West Region. In this role, you will beresponsible for driving sales growth, building strong client relationships andrepresenting HCS Scientific & Chemical Pte Ltd in the field. The FieldSales Executive plays a crucial strategic role in expanding our market presenceand achieving our sales objectives by engaging directly with customers andidentifying new business opportunities.

What you'll be doing

Identify and pursue new sales opportunities within assigned territory, developing a strong customer pipeline

Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing and prospective clients, understanding their specific needs and requirements

Present and demonstrate scientific and chemical products to clients, highlighting key features, benefits and applications

Prepare and deliver compelling sales proposals and quotations tailored to client specifications

Negotiate terms and close sales agreements while maintaining profitability and margin targets

Provide customers with product information, technical support and post-sale service to ensure satisfaction and repeat business

Collect market intelligence and feedback from customers to inform product development and sales strategies

Maintain accurate records of all sales activities, client interactions and pipeline progress using CRM systems

Achieve and exceed individual sales targets and key performance indicators

What we're looking for

Proven track record in field sales or sales consultancy, ideally within the scientific, chemical or industrial sector

Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with diverse client types

Excellent negotiation and closing abilities with a results-oriented mindset

Self-motivated and proactive with the ability to work independently and manage your own territory

Proficiency in using CRM software and sales management tools

Strong organisational and time management skills to balance multiple client accounts and priorities

Ability to understand technical specifications and communicate complex product information clearly

Valid driving licence and willingness to travel within the assigned territory

Diploma or Bachelor's degree in science, chemistry, engineering or related field is advantageous

Knowledge of the scientific and chemical industry is preferred but not essential for the right candidate
