Architectural Engineer.

Islandwide

Mon – Fri, 8am – 5pm, Sat 8am – 12pm

Your Responsibilities: -

Manage architectural work scheduling, material requisitions, cost control, and project documentation.

Review architectural drawings and identify discrepancies between architectural, structural, M&E, and client-provided works.

Oversee on-site architectural matters, quality control, and compliance with project requirements.

Conduct site supervision and coordinate architectural works with relevant project teams.

Ensure all materials and workmanship comply with approved specifications, standards, and quality requirements.

Prepare required project reports and liaise with clients, consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, and relevant authorities.

You will need: -

Dip / Degree in Architectural/ Building Engineering or equivalent.

Min 2 years of relevant experience in the same position.

Able to use Microsoft Project, AutoCAD.

Experience in HDB BTO project will be preferred
