CONSTRUCTION SUPERVISOR

Job Summary

Supervise and coordinate daily construction activities to ensure alignment with project plans and specifications, driving timely and budget-compliant completion. Lead on-site teams and collaborate with project managers to optimize scheduling and resource allocation while maintaining a strong safety culture.

Responsibilities

Lead and manage on-site construction teams to deliver project milestones on time and within budget

Coordinate daily construction activities in strict accordance with project plans and specifications to ensure quality and compliance

Collaborate with project managers to develop and adjust schedules, allocate resources effectively, and monitor overall project progress

Enforce safety protocols rigorously, fostering a proactive safety culture among all workforce members

Conduct regular site inspections to identify, report, and resolve construction issues promptly, minimizing delays and risks

Communicate clearly and professionally with project stakeholders to address concerns and provide timely updates on project status

Required competencies and certifications

Minimum of 10 years of relevant construction supervision experience

Valid Driving License

Completion of Building Construction Supervisor Safety Course

Willingness to work on Saturdays, Sundays, and Public Holidays

Flexibility to work in shift patterns including Night and Day shifts
