Job Summary

Red Dot Penguins seeks a driven and detail-oriented Senior/Finance Executive to enhance finance operations and support the company’s growth.

Responsibilities

Manage payment processes and execute financial transactions accurately to ensure timely and compliant operations

Prepare monthly, quarterly, and yearly financial reports, including Corporate Tax reporting, to support regulatory compliance and business insights

Oversee budgeting by allocating department budgets based on financial forecasts to optimize resource use

Develop, implement, and maintain Finance Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure compliance and operational efficiency

Research, apply for, and manage government grants and funding opportunities to maximize financial support

Support financial planning and business decision-making by providing relevant financial data and analysis

Preferred competencies and qualifications

Diploma or Degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field

Experience in finance, accounting, or financial operations

Knowledge of Singapore corporate tax and grants

Strong analytical and organizational skills

Independent, proactive, and able to work collaboratively with teams
