Responsibilities
Set up and operate CNC machines to produce precision parts and components.
Read and interpret engineering drawings, work instructions and technical documents.
Monitor machine operations and perform basic adjustments to maintain smooth production.
Conduct quality checks to ensure finished products meet required specifications.
Select and install suitable cutting tools, fixtures and materials for machining.
Use basic measuring instruments to check product dimensions and quality.
Carry out routine machine maintenance and report equipment faults promptly.
Work closely with the production team to meet daily production targets.
Follow workplace safety procedures and maintain a clean and organised work area.
