SUPERVISOR

Oversee and manage all cleaning related activities at various customer sites. Experience in managing a large cleaning crew.

Manage and monitor site cleaning duties, coordinate work activities and operations, including site inspection, sanitation, statutory compliance and on-site safety, WSH policy and guidelines.

Responsible for the upkeep of equipment and machinery.

Tracking/Ordering consumables and supplies.

Conduct On-the-Job Training (OJT) to employees including the proper and safe manner of routine cleaning using equipment & machiner.

Recommend and execute operation plans to improve work processes and service quality.

Managing resources, work procedures, cleaning operations and attend to work incidents.

Handle employees work concerns and issues.

Provide direct supervision to cleaners in maintaining cleanliness and sanitation of the assigned sites.

Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Others or equivalent.

Required language(s): English

At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
