Source top talent through various channels including business contacts, referrals, LinkedIn, and job boards advertising.

Manage your own schedule to effectively create and manage a pipeline, achieving individual and team targets.

Negotiate and close deals with clients and candidates, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements.

Collaborate within a supportive team environment and contribute to collective success.

Handle candidate care activities and perform database and recruitment administration tasks.

Requirements

Minimum diploma or degree with 3 years of experience in recruitment or a related business field.

Preferred experience in recruitment; a strong drive to succeed in sales is essential.

Passion for identifying talent needs and assisting candidates in finding the right career path.

Energetic and proactive personality with excellent communication skills.
