IT Manager – Infrastructure & Security

We are seeking a highly capable and independent IT Manager to take full ownership of our organization's IT operations and technology landscape. Serve as the primary point of contact for all IT-related matters across the organization.

Configure, deploy, support, and troubleshoot laptops, desktops, mobile devices, and peripherals across Windows, macOS, iOS, and Android platforms.

Provide hands-on Level 1-3 technical support and resolve user issues efficiently.

Lead employee onboarding and offboarding processes, including device provisioning and access management.

Manage and maintain office network infrastructure, including routers, switches, wireless access points, firewalls, and structured cabling.

Ensure reliable connectivity, network performance, and workplace technology availability.

Support and maintain office AV systems, meeting room technology, printers, and other end-user equipment.

Develop, document, and maintain IT standard operating procedures and best practices.

Own and maintain the organization's IT asset inventory, lifecycle management, and hardware refresh planning.

Required experience/skills:

Minimum 5 years of experience in IT Infrastructure, IT Operations, Systems Administration, or Technology Management roles.

Demonstrated experience operating as a standalone or lead IT professional with end-to-end ownership of IT functions.

Proven track record managing IT infrastructure, end-user support, vendor relationships, and technology projects.

Strong hands-on expertise supporting Windows, macOS, iOS, and Android environments.

Solid knowledge of networking fundamentals, including routers, switches, wireless infrastructure, and structured cabling.
