Key Responsibilities:

Kickstart your financial services career through a structured training programme designed to build real industry knowledge and practical skills

Learn financial planning and advisory fundamentals through hands-on assignments and guided mentorship from experienced advisors

Conduct market research on financial products, investments, insurance, and wealth management solutions

Assist in preparing clear and professional client reports, proposals, and supporting documentation

Shadow experienced financial advisors on real client cases to build practical exposure and professional confidence

Attend training sessions and workshops covering compliance, regulatory requirements, and industry best practices

Support the organisation of client engagement activities, financial seminars, and community outreach initiatives

Contribute to lead generation efforts and assist with client outreach and follow-up activities as required

Requirements

Minimum Diploma and above

Interest in finance, investments, and financial advisory

Driven, disciplined, and eager to learn from industry mentors

Good interpersonal and presentation skills
