Contract Customer Excellence Manager

Requirements

Diploma/ Degree in Engineering or any related discipline with at least 4 years of experience

Strong presentation, communication, and negotiation skills

Ability to work effectively in cross-cultural environments

Short notice or immediate starter

Responsibilities

Account management & Inside Sales Management

Act as the primary strategic point of contact to manage partners and long-term partnership development

Lead hyper care programs for new deployments, critical projects, major transitions, or high-priority customer accounts

Escalation Management &Issue Resolution

Manage all customer escalations including delivery delays, product issues, technical concerns, service disruptions and RMA matters

Monitor customer feedback, service trends, and recurring operational challenges to identify root

Internal Stakeholder Coordination & Customer Advocacy

Represent key customer priorities internally to drive customer-centric decision-making

Support sales and leadership teams during business reviews, task force meetings, and strategic planning sessions

Maintain comprehensive documentation of customer interactions, escalations, hyper care activities, and commercial opportunities

Generate monthly and quarterly business reports
