Location: Central (Nearest mrt: Downtown / Shenton Way)
Salary: $1500 - $1600
Responsibilities
Conduct outbound telemarketing calls for services
Introduce and explain services clearly and professionally
Identify customer needs and qualify potential leads
Set appointments or refer interested customers to relevant team
Follow up with warm leads when required
Maintain accurate records of calls, responses, and outcomes
Achieve daily and monthly call and lead targets
Comply with company policies
Requirement
