Senior/Quantity Surveyor (AR/RC)

Core responsibilities:

Taking-off quantities and Pricing for Tender / Quotations;

Execution of general Contracts Administration duties;

Evaluate and compare Subcontractors’ quotations;

Prepare and monitor Project Budget;

Preparation of Subcontracting and Purchases Document;

Prepare and monitor Progress Claims and Subcontractor Payment;

Prepare and update Claims/ Costing/ Budget and Payment Receipt monthly.

Job Requirements:

Diploma in Civil Engineering/ Building/ Quantity Surveying

Min 2 years experience in construction industry

Able to use Microsoft Office, CCS PO/ WO Module

Able to write reports and presentation

Basic knowledge in Cost Management and Control Techniques

Able to communicate at all levels

Good negotiation skills

Preferably with ISO Internal Auditor Certification
