Site Supervisor (Architectural)

Job Responsibilities

Lead and supervise subcontractors to ensure timely completion of project schedules

Motivate and control workforce to perform assigned tasks effectively

Enforce adherence to procedures, standards, and guidelines, implementing corrective and preventive actions as needed

Verify subcontractors execute work accurately according to approved shop drawings, technical submissions, and checklists

Attend site meetings and resolve technical issues with main contractors or consultants

Implement and monitor work safety and environmental procedures on site

Manage cost and quality control to minimize wastage and rework

Assist in preparing working drawings, as-built drawings, and O&M manuals

Perform other ad-hoc duties assigned by superiors

Preferred competencies and qualifications

Minimum 4 years of relevant experience with subcontractors in building construction

Ability to collaborate effectively with peers and subcontractors

Strong communication and negotiation skills applied in project coordination

Proven ability to meet deadlines consistently

Proactive and resourceful approach to problem-solving

Minimum Diploma in Architecture or equivalent
