Job Summary

Support marketing and operations by assisting in campaign planning, content creation, community engagement, and e-commerce management for home and decorative accessories.

Responsibilities

Assist in planning and coordinating quarterly marketing campaigns to promote brand visibility

Create engaging content for social media channels to increase audience interaction

Develop branding collateral that aligns with brand aesthetics and campaign goals

Track and report on campaign effectiveness to inform marketing strategies

Engage and grow online communities across social media platforms to enhance brand presence

Provide basic customer service support on various digital platforms to maintain positive customer relations

Expand community outreach by collaborating with current and new Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs)

Regularly update the company website to ensure accurate and current information

Assist in managing e-Commerce channels to support online sales activities

Design visually appealing and engaging Electronic Direct Mailers (EDMs) using Adobe Photoshop and/or Illustrator

Support basic operational duties to ensure smooth daily business functions

Assist in organizing and executing events and product launches as needed

Apply basic knowledge of GEO, SEO, and SEM to support digital marketing efforts

Preferred competencies and qualifications

Basic design skills using Adobe Photoshop and/or Illustrator

Basic understanding of GEO, SEO, and SEM principles to enhance online marketing

Experience or interest in smart home technology and craftsmanship in home accessories

This job has potential to convert to a fulltime position.
