Salary: Up to $2800

Working Hours: 5.25 days | Office hours

Location: Macpherson

Job Responsibilities:

Coordinate all operations, scheduling, and vehicle handover support.

Handle all documentation including job cards, invoices, warranty claims, purchase orders and GRN.

Assign, monitor and quality-check work done by technicians and contractors.

Liaise with contractors and sales team, follow up on outstanding tasks, and ensure new vehicles meet delivery standards.

Requirements

At least NTC 2 in Motor Vehicle Mechanics or equivalent preferred.

Minimum 1 year relevant PDI experience preferred.

Possessing a valid Class 3 driving license is a must.
