Service Advisor - 100% commission

Job Summary

You will guide families compassionately through funeral and pre-planning solutions, coordinate with operations for smooth service delivery, build trusting relationships, and proactively reach out to new clients in a commission-based role in the bereavement industry.

Responsibilities

Guide families with empathy through funeral packages and options to support their decision-making during difficult times

Assist clients in planning future funeral arrangements to provide peace of mind

Coordinate effectively with the operations team to ensure seamless execution of funeral services

Build and maintain trusting relationships with families to foster ongoing support and referrals

Identify and reach out to potential new clients through networking to grow the client base

Preferred competencies and qualifications

Communicate clearly and sensitively with clients; Mandarin or dialect skills are a plus for engaging elderly family members

Adapt to flexible working hours, including weekends, to meet client needs

At least 21 years old

An individual exploring a second-career opportunity

Self-driven and willing to learn

Interested in developing a long-term business

No experience is required as training will be provided
