Corporate Administrative Executive

Salary: $4000 - $5000

Working Days: Mon - Fri

Working Hours: 9am - 6.30pm

Working Location: Near MacRitchie reserved

Responsibilities

Coordinate meetings, schedules, and administrative activities

Prepare meeting materials, minutes taking, maintain records, and follow up on action items

Support internal communications, documentation, and policy updates

Maintain proper filing systems and ensure records are organized and accessible

Assist in corporate events, meetings, and organizational initiatives

Provide administrative support for special projects and community engagement activities

Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to support operational effectiveness

Support governance-related activities, including documentation and meeting administration

Assist with event logistics, planning, and execution

Undertake ad-hoc duties and cross-functional support as assigned

Requirements

Minimum 3 years’ experience in admin / executive support role in hospitality industry

Proven experience in attending corporate meetings and preparing meeting minutes.

With experience in minute-taking,

Able to work beyond regular office hours and weekends for corporate meetings or events
