Campaign and Communication Specialist- Entry level

Work Location: Changi Business park

Salary: 3300- 3600pm

Contract duration: 1st Oct to 31st March 2027

Role

This role is a 6-month maternity cover position supporting the Singapore Client Lifecycle team.

The successful candidate will help manage client communications and campaign execution across digital channels, ensuring communications are delivered accurately, on time, and in accordance with business and regulatory requirements.

The role requires close collaboration with multiple stakeholders, including marketing, digital platforms, product and other business partners.

The team operates in a fast-paced environment with multiple concurrent campaigns and initiatives, requiring strong attention to detail, adaptability, and the ability to learn quickly.

This is an excellent opportunity to gain exposure a broad range of activities across digital marketing, client communications, campaign management, stakeholder engagement, and financial services operations.

Key Responsibilities

Support the creation, review, and execution of client communications for digital platforms and marketing campaigns.

Manage day-to-day campaign operations, including campaign setup, coordination, execution support, quality assurance, and tracking of campaign deliverables.

Perform fulfilment activities and data validation checks to ensure campaign targeting, client lists, and communication outputs are accurate and complete.

Conduct pre- and post-launch quality checks, monitor campaign status, and help resolve operational issues in a timely manner.

Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure timely delivery of communications and campaigns.

Assist in preparing presentations, reports, campaign performance updates, and communication materials.

Provide support for ad hoc projects and other tasks as assigned.

Requirements

1 - 3 years of working experience. Those without experience but with relevant internships in marketing, communications, campaign management, or operations may also be considered.

Experience in Digital Marketing & Communications, Financial Services/FinTech preferred

Proficient in Microsoft suite – Excel, PowerPoint

Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Marketing, Communications, Business, Digital Marketing, or related fields.

Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
