Assistant Restaurant Manager

We are looking for a motivated and experienced Assistant Restaurant Manager to join our team and support the smooth and efficient operation of our restaurant.

Key Responsibilities

Assist the Restaurant Manager in overseeing daily restaurant operations.

Lead, motivate, and supervise restaurant staff to deliver excellent service.

Ensure high standards of food quality, cleanliness, hygiene, and customer service.

Manage staff scheduling, training, and day-to-day team coordination.

Handle customer feedback and resolve issues professionally.

Assist with stock control, inventory, cash handling, and daily reporting.

Monitor restaurant sales and operational performance.

Ensure company policies, procedures, and food safety standards are followed.

Support the team during busy service periods and ensure smooth coordination between kitchen and service staff.

Take charge of the restaurant in the absence of the Restaurant Manager.
