Responsibilities

Day to Day monitoring and ownership to timely address in-line SPC/defect/Equipment abnormality and lot handling

Maintain Equipment capability for production and meet production demand

Engage with Production line and Process Engineers to balance tool availability for production, troubleshooting and scheduled maintenance

Engage in Equipment troubleshooting and production quality improvement.

Evaluation of new equipment/materials and retrofits of Equipment for better efficiency / production quality

Qualifications

Minimum requirement of a Bachelor's Degree in Electronic Engineering, Electrical Electronic Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Materials Science, Mechanical Engineering,Physics, Automation, Aerospace Engineering

Well verse in problem solving skills

At least  6  years experience in semiconductor foundry related field

Posses analytical tools such as FMEA and SPC concept is required

Able to conduct and complete cross department projects.

Experienced in leading a small group of people to meet production demands.

Able to commit day / night shift work
