Responsibilities

Responsible for the management of fully automated production lines

Continuous improvement projects to increase productivity

Predictively identify and address possible production bottlenecks in a timely manner

Coordinate resources to achieve daily production goals

Continuous improvement of staff operation efficiency and quality

Coordinate cross-departmental improvement projects to enhance production efficiency.

Assist in implementing the department's long-term planning.

Qualifications

Graduated from a related science department, open to undergraduate, master’s, and fresh graduates

Demonstrated interest in managerial roles and coordinating multiple stakeholders

Strong communication skills to facilitate collaboration

Self-motivated with a commitment to innovative problem-solving

Related work experience is advantageous for senior position consideration
